- The main Healthdirect website needed to be redesigned and rebuilt, to implement a range of improvements including:
- Implementing a new Medicines section
- Topic search improvements
- Integrating the health services directory
- A range of usability issues
- I led the end-to-end process including facilitating design studios, liaising with designers, prototyping, user testing.
- Agile development process, the improvements were delivered over a series of iterations. I led the requirements and design management.
