UTS Agile Delivery Framework

  • I was lead analyst on “Project Ares” – UTS’s Agile Delivery and Governance Framework
  • This consisted of an overarching framework, document templates and a supporting knowledge database.
  • We created the framework iteratively – producing an initial draft in discussion with stakeholders and an agile coach, piloting with several projects and then incorporating feedback.
  • The framework was finalised and rolled out in July 2020.
